Manfred Hader

Manfred  is a Senior Partner of Roland Berger Strategy Consultants and has been with the firm since 1998. He currently is serving as Head of Roland Berger’s Global Aerospace & Defence Practice and Managing Partner of the Hamburg office.

After his school education in France and Germany, Manfred studied business administration in Germany, the US and the UK and participated in a two year scholarship work & study program in Japan. Before joining Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, Manfred worked 8 years in high tech industries where he held various management positions in marketing and sales and international business development.

Since joining Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, Manfred has advised companies in the Engineered Products and High Tech sector with a particular focus on Aerospace & Defence. His clients include platformists (air, land & naval), leading suppliers and investment funds with a focus on Europe and Asia.

His areas of expertise include business and go-to-market strategy, organization, program management/recovery, large cross-border transformation and performance improvement projects as well as transnational M&A and integration projects

Manfred Hader lives in Hamburg, Germany. He is married and has 3 daughters.
